Myrna Rich-Ray is a certified coach with over 25 years of human resources experience in various industries. I AM Institute is designed to support and build a strong networking community for Black and Brown women that are entering and currently in the workforce. After 25 years in human resources and working in various industries, I am ready to give back to my community to help, share and provide resources, tools, and techniques that I have learned. Each of us is destined to be great and have fruitful lives, but we often get stuck, lost and veer off our path. I specialize in personal physical training, professional development, and career coaching. Through my coaching, you will be able to establish a path that will lead you to achieve your personal and professional goals.
